Lost Lands is an ode to retreat and restoration; the return to warmth, shelter and comfort after time spent outdoors. Although it can be enjoyed year-round, it is particularly suited to the autumn and winter months, when cold, wind and rain can leave skin and hair feeling dry and unsettled. An ideal daily companion for wherever extra nourishment is needed — hands, nails, lips, face, dry lengths and beards.
It has a soft, creamy texture that scoops easily and melts like butter on contact, transforming into a nourishing oil for whole-body care. Bladderwrack seaweed extract contributes naturally occurring minerals and trace elements that support softness and suppleness from head to toe. The seaweed also lends a coastal character to the blend, recalling the submerged kingdom of Cantre’r Gwaelod that inspired the Lost Lands name. Finished with the delicate, calming scent of lavender and sweet eucalyptus leaf.

Babassu Oil
A semi-solid oil pressed from the kernels of the Brazilian babassu palm tree. Similar to coconut oil but less greasy, it absorbs effortlessly leaving skin and hair soft, calm and conditioned.
Broccoli Seed Oil & Squalane
Dry, weightless oils that add slip and sheen without heaviness.
Rosehip Oil & Vitamin E
Antioxidant-rich oils for everyday care. They protect against environmental stress and support the longevity of the actives within the blend.

Vintage Chinese Cotton and Antique French linen cushion hand made by us in our East Sussex studio.
The Vintage Chinese cotton was woven on traditional handlooms in small communities and in peoples homes. A tightly woven canvas-like fabric that is hard wearing with a woven check.
Each cushion finished with an envelope closure. The cushion insert included is made using 100% recycled PET fibres, from post consumer water bottles helping to reduce land fill and the need of virgin raw materials.

‘Made in a *Bedroom’ by Jakob Icke, continues his graduate project, which used the apparatus of ‘tactical play’ to explore the personal economies and anxieties of being a designer in London. The “bedroom” has outgrown its definition as a physical space. Instead, it describes a condition, a methodology, and a moment within the practice, a way of navigating the uncertainties of life after graduation, while continuing to make, create, and design within the constraints of the “real” world.
